1. A threat is made
Seemed more like a promise, but I'll give you that one.
2. The threat caused a well founded fear in the victim
OK, since you are a poser who doesn't have either the balls to step up and prove these claims you are making or the sense to STFU and move on since you have been caught, but instead has to resort to insults and threats, kinda like saying I'll tell your mom, I will readily agree that you are downright terrified. I would expect no less given the apparent quality of your character.
3. and the perpetrator poses an imminent threat
This is legal speak that means the perputrator can carry out the threat at that moment. Internet messages and phone calls don't count stud. Inm fact if someone was to look you in the eye and threaten to kick your ass the next day, the threat does not exist.
Now there is an exception in Florida law that says if the assault is related to domestic violence, such two people dating, then the imminent threat need not apply. So there's your in.
All you have to do is write a sworn statement stating that Mortarman11C or one of the other guys who offended you have been fucking you in the ass on a regular basis and they haven't charged you anything for it, have to show evidence of dating not prositution, then you should be able to make the domestic violence connection and file your charges.
Now you mentioned terroristic threats, so lets go federal. I'll bring a copy of the transcripts from the website to the FBI and you bring copies of your DD214 and other substantiating data for the Stolen Valor Act.
