    Brothers....Have had the staples removed from my knee and leg and damn, it feels much better now. I have to wear a locking leg brace (locked in the extended position) for several weeks. The Doc's will then open it up for 20 degrees of motion..for several weeks...then another 20 degrees for several more weeks and so on until I can obtain 95-100 degrees range of motion ( without my knee falling apart ).

    It looks like it is going to be a long hot sumer, but I can walk and still have both legs. Hell, I'm doing great.

    I will have to get used to not having a knee cap..no heavy lifting, running or excessive bending of the leg..but that sounds like too much work anyway, so I am going to chill and do what I am told to do.
