    Only because the recruiter told me that they were going to be ending the full GI Bill in July (I was going to wait until my birthday when I would turn 18 in Oct), So I joined in June of 75'

    Needless to say they didn't stop the full GI Bill until about a year later.

    I didn't in Oct 91' was out there all day was just about to get in the harness when some Chuckle head from BUD's decided to hug the tower. YES he pissed all over himself.

    Went through in Nov-Dec 98 and didnt use the towers.

    Nov-Dec 1993,....no towers for me.

    March 1951, yes I jumped the 250 ft tower! I'd rather jump out of aircraft. I think I did a lot of pushing up Georgia there.

    Was that at Benning? The tower was only 9 years old!!!! And I was only 5 months in the oven!! Still -4 months old!!!! Did you get any fresh paint on ya?

    I've heard that in the game "American Army" you can be dropped from the Towers.

    Yes, "America's Army" is a pretty sweet game. And it's free. I haven't played in quite awhile, but a group of Paratroopers played in a unit "LGOP".
