So anybody got experience using the new REAP program? Its the updated GI bill for reservists who got deployed.

Cause I'm getting fucked. I just got my response back on my claim (finally) and theres no mention of my kicker. I even sent the a damn copy of my kicker in with my shit. God knows what I'm going to have to do to get this fixed, if it ever will be.

So help someone? Know something I don't?

Bro that sucks indeed, and I know jack shit about that program - but if you need any help getting federal grants, etc. let me know. My HH6 is the coordinator for my university's Federal funds program and she knows some tips (wink, wink)

I just got off the phone with the VA. The guy looked up my info, and apparantly my paperwork for my kicker came in later then my other stuff, hence why they didn't list it on my award letter. He said I was approved for it and it should come in on my check. I'll beleive it when I see it, since my kicker paperwork was sent in along with all my other stuff...

Cal, to be honest I really don't know what grants are out there. All I've ever heard about was Federal Tuition assistance and the GI Bill. Do you have a web link or something?
