    Our first EOD guys were just as crazy, they were from an Alaska NG unit, That was before remote detonators became popular, they would walk up to it pick up the arty round rip out the wires and throw it usually into my humvee which almost made me shit when it bounce all over the inside.
    Kids were always finding UXO and IEDs, a few incidents in which young kids were giving us IEDs they had found around their neighborhood. Farmers were digging up 155 rounds with fuses still on them with their tractors. they would drop them off at our FOB. Scary shit.
