Great source of information, i have read the book about 4 times in the past several weeks; the tips about caring for your feet and controlling your feet sweating are great.
Just completed 2 12 mile forced marches last week and a 6 miler yesterday, even when it seems to be too much, i did it to test the tips and had absolutely zere blisters.
I'll take it a bit easier now to recover since my SFAS class is coming up now.
