    Default Who's got a tattoo?

    I'll start off. This is my tattoo that Dirt and I both got after he graduated from BAC. The writing is Scottish Gaelic (since we're of Scottish descent) that literally translated reads "Tradition of the Family".

    I lost count...most of my left arm is inked, tribal and other stuff.. almost as much ink on my right arm....large tribal piece on right calf, large Japanese kanji for "Pain" in the middle of my chest...and yes it fucking hurt. Kanji for "Bushido" across the top of my shoulders and "Jaded" in old english letters at the base of my neck (back)...I think that's it...and will be adding more before long.

    Jim got one of the symbol from the front of the book, "Gates of Fire". It is the greek letter on the shield. Way cool and it means a great more to him and his buddies

    When I left Bragg for Korea, I had a two week leave. I was going to get my Wings tatoo because I knew I had plenty of time for it to heal before returning to duty. I didn't do it and have regretted it my entire life. Everytime I talk about getting it done, the HH6 has a shit fit.

    Tribal band on left arm

    Jump wings and 82nd stuff on right arm

    right calf I have the 2/504 crest

    my next tat (next month0 will be the St. Louis Cardinals logo. Not sure where it is going to go though.

    Have a sun on my right shoulder, a large sun on my left forearm and a large cross (to rub and bless myself with before jumps) on my left arm... will be getting more soon... some sort of A&M tat and probably a ankle band with all my military shit designed into it... dunno pretty much have to sneak around the wife to do it... as the saying goes, it's easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission
