    Going in today for second opinion on my knees in Tucson. I have bone on bone and they want me to lose another 90 lbs after already loosing over fifty by changing my eating habits. Except when I am at Zimmy's.. I will lose it but it would be a hell of a lot easier if I could walk more than 200 yards.

    Second Opinion; Total knee replacement scheduled for early April on left knee. That just means I must suffer the desert sun a bit longer than I had planned. A good trade off from my point of view. I love it when a plan comes together.

    I had another Senior Moment™ today.

    Being the tightwad I am I turned the thermostat down to 50º when I left home this morning.
    I just now remembered to bring it back up to 65º.
