    I totally agree with Welfare and food stamps; BUT I feel that # 1. ALL able bodies should be required to put in a minimum of 40 hours of public work each week and #2. that both ma and paw must pass a piss test before they get the check and stamps. There are legit people out there that really need the help, although it is a widely abused avenue for scam ass wads.
