Yes Sir. I was looking at mid-SEP and now late SEP because they didn't schedule me a CRC date in time. The team I have been assigned has been notified. My supervisor has been notified but for some reason the logistics folks have not been notified. SO I went to the head of the logisitics folks to find out what is going on and asked him to address it with his boss and he agreed that he would.

Is it possible to tell what kind of music someone is listening to...

by how they're dancing in their car???

If so... should "Drive Dancing" be a ticketable offense...especially if the dancing is really bad?

What ever the assignment I will give you the same advice that I gave my Grandson who is now in Afganistan. Keep your head and ass down and your ears open. Listen to the advice of combat qualified NCO's and stay away from the young punks. He is an engineer attatched to the 101st and does route clearance. He has been there long enough to see enough to put him on edge and start the dreams. Take care. AIRBORNE! GERONIMO!!

    Heard and Understood Sir.

I did some training with 4/101st before they went over and lost a good friend to a roadside while he served with them.

I was impressed by many of the young officers that I met with the 101st. They were squared away, professional and took care of their soldiers.

Misusing the word "like" in a sentence apparently subtracts 8-10 years off your age..

Like, if I'd known that a long time ago.. I'd still be jailbait!

    It's officials: People suck.

I've "adopted" 3 dogs in the past 2 weeks. the first, a rott/lab cross, was going to be taken to the pound by her owners because they didn't want her. She's 8 months.

The 2nd is a catahoula with one blue eye that my neighbor found on the road. She's about 3 or 4 months.

The 3rd I may keep. He's an older dachshund I've dubbed Oscar. His owners abandoned him in a 4'x4' pen when they were evicted, along with 8 other dogs and a bird.
I never knew dachshunda had such personality. He may just keep my mastiff company.

People suck. That's my thought for the day.
