    According to AKO the medical readiness of my unit is at 31%!!! Out of 40 that is about 13 soldiers are ready to ship out after an SRP. Maybe that is why they denied me my transfer!

    Why is it that everytime I go to "police training" classes... I feel as if I'm working with a bunch of fucking 3rd graders? Jesus, some of these folks are some backwoods, hicks with absolutely no education... or that could be just that they act that way...

    It's a Spanish I (for cops) class and we live in Texas... while I agree that since their in our country, they should speak English... but as the popo you have to know enough spanish to survive... and these fucks can't pronounce a word of it... and again we live in Texas!!!

    I spend some days doing ALL of my traffic stops in Spanish, especially if I get froggy and stop for expired stickers. Every Juan, Pedro and Jose are artists in making fake stickers.
    I get some fucktard officers calling for a Spanish speaker on a traffic stop and I get there and they do not know how to ask dude for his ID (because you know he has no DL).
    I cannot believe people cannot learn the basics. I sometimes wonder if they are stubborn or just too stupid.
    I have lobbied to send our retarded officers to Park Police or UTPD...whoops.
