    OK, who did this?

    Who took IronicMike@aol.com?

I'm starting to take an intense dislike at my current E-Mail address. (Not to mention the ≈400 Spam messages in the Spam Folder.)
    So I'm looking at AOL.com.

    Seriously, who dood it?

    See attached.

And you know what really bugs me? I'd be Number 3!

I believe that 'Dexter' and 'Burn Notice' are the best shows on TV. That is all.

If "pro" is the opposite of "con", then isn't Congress the opposite of Progress?

This effect is known as the 'Rule of LGOPs' .This is, in it's purest form, small groups of pissed-off 19 year old American Paratroopers. They are well trained. They are armed to the teeth and lack serious Adult Supervision. They collectively remember the Commander's intent as ' march to the sound of the guns and kill anyone not dressed like you.' "

Red face Re: Random Thought of the Day

I had another Senior Moment™ today.

As many here know I finally got a Form 4 Approved for a Suppressor. It came in two Fridays ago and today was the day I was planning to wring it out, see just how well it does, etc. Last weekend was the pits. While the afternoon was gorgeous the morning was just socked in. The rifle ranges would have had multiple puddles full of accumulated rain water wherever possible.

But today was nearly perfect. Low to mid 80's, the wind almost directly into your face; negligible cross winds. It would be hard to think of a better day to go shooting.

When I got to the range there was nobody shooting either. The whole range was mine! Alone at last! Got my equipment of of my car without any trouble. No hassles to get out of somebody else way or anything like that. Just nice and peaceful. I unzipped the rifle carrier and started swearing like I was still in the Service.

I took the wrong Upper Receiver. I have two uppers for my M16A1. The Heavy Barreled - HBAR - 20 inch upper, and the 11˝ Shorty. The Shorty cannot take the suppressor, but the HBAR can. The flash suppressor for the HBAR comes off reasonably easily, but the Shorty's flash suppressor has to stay on; the slots are highly directional: They have to point UP. My M16 was wearing the Shorty.

But I still got some shooting done. I came to shot some holes in some targets and that is just what I did. It wasn't my best day shooting, but it sure wasn't my worst. I had fully loaded three 30 round magazines plus not quite 120 rounds on stripper clips. They were all gone by the time I left. I still have 24 fully loaded magazines left in the car. I'll use them next time.

Damn! You actually eat that Crap? My first wife tried to feed me a TV dinner Once; and once only after a hard day at work. I took one look at the thing and without saying a word went to the back door and called my dog and threw it to her. Then I went to the front door and got my gear, jumped on my motorcycle and went to the local steak house. She never tried to feed me a TV dinner ever again!

I wish I could get a larger picture here:

I used to live on this:

Cook it in the oven, eat up to half of it at one sitting, eat the rest as lunch two pieces at a time.

Then I had my bypass a few years ago and haven't had it since. Damn, guys, but I miss that chicken! It was better even than my mother could do!

    I'm on Simvastatin, not Zocor.

LadyDoc can tell you all about the differences later.

    I miss Burger King, too.

You don't really think you're going to trip me up with that, do you?

You forget what I do for a living.

Can't help ya dude. If my patients are hyperlipidemic before age 18, then they're in deep doo-doo and they need a specialist.
