I have last years model S & W .45 M&P and a CC. Sooooo, at Kroger today (after it was obvious to the kid that I had my side arm on me) I was asked " Are you in law enforcement?" Was it wrong of me to just snag my beer from the register and reply with a "Yes" in my anticipation of pounding cold ones???????

I think it's just Arkansas, brother. I picked up a yellow lab pup at the Russellville Wal Mart parking lot a few years ago and brought her home to Virginia. My folks say that shit happens all the time there. First they try selling them dirt cheap and at the end of the day........see ya! Someone else's problem. Not cool!

Never seen it anywhere else.

I live out in the country so every time someone abandons a dog or cat or something it always goes to our place. I love dogs but seriously, we can't take them all!

It takes a real Scum Bag to abandon a house pet with so many other options. A dog is the only thing outside of God that is capable of giving unconditional love.
