I think there should be a difference between areas that are private and areas that are not. There isn't a reasonable expectation to privacy in your front yard. A back yard with a privacy fence, a locked gate and a No Trespassing sign is a different story.

The question- What is the last day that Barack Obama has to make ANY pretense of not being an extreme leftist?

I would lure it into the house and beat it to death with a baseball bat.

Oh, look; drones are being sold on Amazon for $300.

I wonder how they would take 12 ga. #7 shot?

Great, now anybody can spy on anybody. We can all watch each other with our drones. Government won't have to buy them, they can just offer ten or twenty bucks if you turn in your neighbor.

I'm thinking most all of this government surveillance is actually nothing more than busy work for our legions of government employees. How many terrorists has the TSA captured at our airports with their nude-o-meter x-ray machines? (The correct answer is zero) How many flying passengers have had their property ripped off by TSA employees going through their baggage? (The correct answer is well into the hundreds)

Guess who's paying for all this "security"?

Hate to be the one to point this out, but.....

Florida v. Riley 1989 set a precedent that authorities (this case was specific to law enforcement) traveling in public airways could observe and use evidence of a crime from the air.

Why is that important to our topic? Because the government can observe you from the air per SCOTUS and there is jack shit we can do about it. Which goes back to my statement about shaking my dick at the thing.

The ruling makes sense. If LE can be somewhere without a warrant, they can observe.

THE question: what height constitutes Public Airways? The SCOTUS ruling cited says 400 feet is acceptable but doesn't give a minimum. 400 feet is very different than 4 feet, where one could see horizontaly into a house. This will likely be the subject of future battles in courts and legislatures.

Having the thing following me around the yard would last about 2 minutes before I was pissed the fuck off.

Its the perfect way to give a popo excuse to come on your property. Shots fired.

Shaking your dick at a government drone is against the law. You would be arrested for indecent exposure, sexual assault on the police officer or other government employee who was operating the drone, making them feel insecure about their own dick.

You would have to register yourself as a sexual offender for the rest of your life. You would also have to pay for counseling for the officer who's self esteem was completely destroyed by your exhibitionism.

Be better just to take out the drone.

There ya go. That is the answer...blinds, screens, etc cause a SW to be sought. But no way to build probable cause based solely on a screen.

There must be some kind of handheld narrow-focused light projector that can fuck up one of those cameras.

Remember, we live in a free country. Anything you do that is contrary to what your government wants to do to you, is against at least ten or twenty laws.

No matter what, it is against the law to defend yourself against your government. Even if what they are doing to you is a clear violation of our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

You might actually win against them in a courtroom, but by then, you will have lost everything you own to attorney fees.

It is better to do as your ordered and assimilate. Remember, we are the government. You know, by the people and for the people, shit like that.
