    Default intelligence research specialist

Looking at applying for a job through americajob.com for Intelligence research specialist.

Has anyone applied for a job via this website? and if so is it worth having a "Certified Federal Resume" created through this site? = costs $169.95

I have a resume that I've used for my job in education. Has military experience and teaching and helped me to receive position as assistant principal that currently have.

How much different is a federal resume and is the money worth it?

    Thanks, Ed

A "Certified Federal Resume" from a .com site? Who "certifies" it?

Never heard of this but it sounds like a scam....

ETA: A quick Google search reveals numerous articles and sites calling this place a scam.

RipoffReport.com also lists these Web sites as ones to avoid if someone is looking for legitimate job leads: apply4gov.com, FederalJobSearch.com, GovernmentJobSearch.com, AmericaJob.com and FederalResumes.com.
If you want a government job go to usajobs.gov

That is the official government website for job offers.

yeah that's a scam. I know plenty of people (to include my wife) who snagged federal jobs without having to get a "certified" resume...
