Now for the real purpose, Nakita,
I just got me a 35F here in the A-Stan who is a Leg...and fully intends to stay that way when we return (which will get him dropped from division, something I think he wants) anyway its my understanding that theres not a lot of 35s who volunteer for Airborne so hopefully you can get in someones ear...that being said Ive heard some info about these new 35Q...and my understanding is there MAY be a slot for 1 at the Brigade Comabat Team level...but for the most part they are a speciality that will be Division/Corps level assets, do you know where your first duty station is yet? Because that could have a large bearing on your chances to go to Airborne school as well...if youre going to Bragg you can likely push to go to an actual Airborne unit, if you are going to Mead to work with the NSA good luck.

I don't know where my first duty station is. Meade is crazy right now it's the last place on earth I want to go, but you're right they might try to send me to NSA. Ft. Belvoir is likely as well according to some G2 from a seasoned 35D/35G/EW officer... and as far as getting in "someone's ear," who exactly might that be?
