Your job is to do what you are told to do. Quite simple in fact. I, on the other hand, did all my time as a Grunt. So you are an oxymoron to me.
    Roger that.

I have 60 credits (roughly 5-6 semesters) before I graduate, most likely in electrical and computer engineering. A lot could happen between now and then...

I jumped the college drama on my 2nd year just to become a hot shot Para-freakin'-Trooper, and it took me (many) years to wander back into ...the minefield of Electrical (& Process) Engineering.
And you went there first? No wonder you want Wings!
You've got some ba... eh-h ... never mind!

Go get your wings: skip IGBT, HEMTs and HBTs for now (but go back when settled), as AlN will bury SiC and III-V, and Graphene is an Intel propaganda for their own gains.
Screw commos: sniff some jet fuel and gun smoke; that will clear you up for years to come.

Oh, yeah: 22 node is a commo greed, and Moore's Law is exhausted.

It'll be a minute before you're able to, but take advantage of the Tuition Assistance and get to 90 credits, which I believe is what you need to go Green-to-Gold.

Why tiptoe through life only to arrive safely at deaths door?
The more I know, the more I know I don't know.

At some point in your life you must look in the mirror and decide if you like what you see.

How did we go from circuits to M4's? They didn't teach me that in thermodynamics So basically you're telling me to shoot first, ask questions (in class) later.

Oh, thank you Lord, for blessing us with grace, brains and guts in one (what sounds like very presentable package: sorry, God, you know me well enough not to expect me stopping short of vulgarity)!

Inshallah she stays that way, and the jury is still OUT on the looks part.

Right. And if we get big army involved, it'll be me who pays. Why? Because I wasn't involved, naturally...

Nice to see a fellow Floridian! I grew up in the panhandle (aka southern Alabama.) I actually got to do some cool jobs for the Air Force and Navy, which is how i ended up enlisting in the Army. They're sending me to Pensacola for AIT; couldn't ask for anything better! Sure beats Ft. Huachuca Mexico...

Shoot me a PM when you get to Pensacola. I'm in Pace, about 7 miles east, and my step-daughter and SiL live in my house on Bayou Chico, near the Navy base.

    And that's "Baja Alabama," Please!

    1. Please keep that Inshallah crap outta here...if I never hear that again it will be too soon (thank you ANP, AUP, ALP, ANA, NDS, GIROA ect...)
    2. When did you change your drink? I thought it was wild turkey and red bull

Now for the real purpose, Nakita,
I just got me a 35F here in the A-Stan who is a Leg...and fully intends to stay that way when we return (which will get him dropped from division, something I think he wants) anyway its my understanding that theres not a lot of 35s who volunteer for Airborne so hopefully you can get in someones ear...that being said Ive heard some info about these new 35Q...and my understanding is there MAY be a slot for 1 at the Brigade Comabat Team level...but for the most part they are a speciality that will be Division/Corps level assets, do you know where your first duty station is yet? Because that could have a large bearing on your chances to go to Airborne school as well...if youre going to Bragg you can likely push to go to an actual Airborne unit, if you are going to Mead to work with the NSA good luck.
