Nope, saw it on Fox while I was waiting on a cock biter to write his statement. Can't remember the Rep's name, but he was on the Oversite Committee, and he said that they had already received written notification from the US Attorney that it would not be presented to a Grand Jury for indictment. That leaves them with two courses of action, Civil charge or having the Sgt of Arms take Holder into custody. Neither has been ruled out, but there will be no Criminal Indictment.
