I love when people know just enough about a law to fuck themselves with the fine print. Just like Florida, Texas does not impart a presumption of death or serious bodily harm outside your residence. If this dumb fucker knew how to read a law, he would have understood that and maybe he would not have tried to abuse the law to commit murder. Now someone who was just having fun with friends is dead and the anti-gun lobby has another platform for their bullshit politics.
