Don't know much about JWs or communists, I see.

Jehovah's Witnesses see themselves as a worldwide brotherhood that transcends national boundaries and ethnic loyalties. As such, they do not work in industries associated with the military, do not serve in the armed services, and refuse national military service. They also do not salute or pledge allegiance to flags or sing national anthems or patriotic songs.

Communists and JWs do not get along very well.

If the parents don't do something about it, then they deserve what they get. Apathy in the Country among the "silent majority" is as much to blame for all this PC bullshit as anything else. When something happens the minorities don't like, they at least do something about it.

One good thing as has already been said, the uproar over this and other incidents like it maybe will start the next idiot to think twice before doing something this stupid again. I spent nineteen years in education after leaving the Army and there's one thing principals and school boards fear above all else -lawsuits. That's how the lib/progressives have gotten away with murder over the years - threatening lawsuits. Principals and boards cave because the expense of fighting a lawsuit over the silliest thing takes so much money. It's time - past time - the other side started fighting back.

The DOE reprimanded her in 2010 after teachers complained she called the school “racist” and declared: “I’m black. Your previous principal was white and Jewish. More of us are coming.”

The staff and teachers didn't complain because you are black or a Jehovah's Witness lady, they complained because you are an idiot.
