yea i would like to know do they still run in boots if so ima have to get me some new ones. The ones i have on now are the nike ones and they feel just like shoes. But i know they are not good for jump school cuz i will feel every jump

No they don't run in boots anymore, and part of your paperwork package should have a list of approved boots for jump school. When I went through it was the basic issue black combat boot.

I remember when we did the 5 mile, I got stuck at the end of the formation and it sucked. When going around corners or bends in the track, it would get so backed up that we would be at walking pace.

Run a lot, jogging only at the start to warm up, do many, many, many, many pushups, and RUN. A 4 or 5 mile course is about right.
