    Default CNN has lowest ratings in 20 yrs.

    Cold-calling celebrities in the early-morning hours. Breathlessly reporting on flesh-eating "zombie" attacks. Hiring TV chef Anthony Bourdain. There are a lot of changes going on over at CNN these days. And there's a very good reason for all the changes: Last month, ratings for the cable news network sunk to a 20-year-low.

    I didn't realize CNN even had ratings. I thought they were paying people to watch. If they were to get the turds off there and be objective.........but I guess I'm just pissing in the wind there, huh?

    I have not watched CNN since the "TAILWIND: Valley of Death" fiasco where they claimed SF had knowingly used nerve agents to kill American POWs in Laos. Lying ChiCom SOBs!

    Like all broadcast "news" outlets, CNN is a business. People don't seem to get that. The so-called "Broadcast Journalists" are (for a large part) liberal idealists running around voicing their opinions for pay, but the network's news content as a whole is controlled by bean counters who analyze the market and tailor the product to meet what their demographic wants to view. When the content stops selling so well, the product managers tinker with it -- a new look, a new face or two, a "fresh new format." Nothing new here -- they all do it. Conservatives saying they only watch FOX News is further proof that people seek out the content that best matches their own opinion. FOX's popularity and growth shows the brilliance of Murdoch's deep understanding of his industry.

    I too hope it would go off the air, but I can see it now, the Left will have fits blaming fox News for "making" CNN go off the air
