    All be advised. The DOJ could pick on your State next. The sad part about this, is the State Police are for it.

    The sad part is that When the Brady Clowns put the waiting period in place the State of Georgia told them to pound sand and preempted the 5 day waiting period as long as you have a Georgia Weapons License you can walk in and walk out and the FFL holder contacts the NICS not the State Police so I don't think that this is going to go over too well in Georgia.

    I don't think they will let this happen in Alabama
