    Default What is this?

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

    Script: https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/lib...query.min.js:3

I get it everytime I go to a new post. It takes up to 30 seconds to load the page. Sometimes the above pops up and sometimes it doesn't.

    Is it you or me?

    What browser are you using?

I've got FF and haven't had a problem.....Same with IE....

Something in your browser settings perhaps?

On my work computer (yeah, I'm a slacker checking the forums at work) I get it only on some threads. It's running IE 8.0 something. I don't get it on the home confuser running FF.

I'm fairly certain it has to do with the Google adwords at the top of the page. What browser are you running?

I have to agree with Ops. I think it's Google ad storage and the java scripts that serve it up. For some reason, your browser is making mush out of it. I would say first off, make sure all updates are installed. If they are and that doesn't work and the browser is FF or Chrome, save off your bookmarks and uninstall/reinstall. Haven't had to do that in a long while but fixed the last java/activeX problem I had.

If you are looking at it at work it could be a script that is blocked by your IT folks. It happens to me at work too.

I'm seeing the same thing at work (IE) and home (FF). Just started last night, but hasn't gotten to the point of every post. I bet VB has the answer..........

I'm running on Mozilla Firefox. Never had a problem before. This just started a few days ago.

Bell, sometimes clearing the browser cache (i.e., recent history) in Firefox clears up problems like this.

I've cleared, I've dumped, I've changed junk. It seems the new upgrade of Mozilla is having a glitch with this. Hopefully they'll figure out something soon.

    Brother Bell,

I did the same and still have the same message about the script pop up. It'd be nice if the next update comes soon and fixes that shit.

I finally got pissed with the unresponsive script messages (only happens when I'm on APO and doesn't matter if I'm on IE or Firefox). I deleted cache, cookies, history, etc and no luck. Typed in "unresponsive scripts" under Help and it talked me through disabling scripts on the site. Had to download Yesscripts and blacklist, but it is working. No slow script popups and I don't see anything else missing.....

FML! It's still happening...just extended the amount of time script take to load from 10 seconds to 20.

Bell, what did you do to fix yours?
