lol No literally I don't want to get all fucked up trying to over train so should I actually use rocks because I live in the woods I can find those things. All these other tips are awesome btw thank you. All the other parts of my work out are going awesome this is just one that I really want to get underway because I figure I'll ruck through the 80 some acres around my house to various shooting locations I've used on friends' property in the past and practice shooting for some of the 5 min breaks my friend told me to take while rucking. Is that a good idea too btw taking those little breaks?
