Lazy Bastard's Meatballs and Sauce

This was one of two dishes that I made for myself in the summer of 04 when a college student I was dating came over to visit arrived a little early (the other one was a flank steak I cooked the next day when I realized she was sticking around). I had extra so she joined me for dinner. She loved it. She stuck around and we had a great weekend. I married her, divorced her and now I get to go to Laredo tomorrow at 0700 to try and see my kids from her, since the psycho has been hiding them for the last twenty-two months.

Point being she loved it and wanted more. . .

So here is my Meatballs and Sauce.

The prerequisite for me to cook it and eat it on my own is for it to taste 'good', and involve more than one meal for only a little bit of work. Thus the lazy part. . .
