Value of Russian SKS?

I'm thinking of selling some firearms for extra cash. My observation at guns shows and such has shown me that prices on a Russian SKS are all over the place.
What I have is a Russian with all matching numbers and bayonet, it is in very good condition. I'm not home right now to look, but I'm pretty sure the markings indicate it is a Tula refurbished rifle. When I do get home I will double check.
....but what is a ball park value for this weapon?

I'm not an expert in SKS, but I'd look at comparable years of chinese SKS-s and price yours 10-15% higher.
Local gun dealers could be more accurate source than online auctions.
Look through AK and SKS forums to get an idea on year/condition per price reference.
I'm sure you'll have no problems selling it, and main reason is because it's as original as it could be (Russian).

I checked a pricing thread over at the SKS forums. They track SKS sales on Gunbroker on a monthly basis (have been doing it for a few years). If its a standard rebuild without collector appeal then a tula has been going for approx $350. Special marking etc. then north of $400

From $300 for yugos to $600 primo Tula 1951 Soviet, as listed on GunsAmerica (LINK).
Same range on GunBroker (LINK).

I'd say, quick sale for good condition Soviet-made SKS is $300-400.
Once again, I'm not a Pro: just ran quick comparison.
