    Default Primer problem

    As I was loading up my mags at the match yesterday, I came across this round. I knew the primer didn't look right, so I didn't use it. I asked one of the RSO's about it and he said it looked like the primer was upside down. I use factory reloads, but haven't come across this before, and this is my second thousand-round case from this company.

    So, just out of curiosity and for my edjumacation, does this happen often? And, if I had not noticed it, what would have happened? I know it wouldn't have fired properly, but would it have been more like a squib, or just not fired at all?
