    Update:

I have contacted SkyDive Houston, the people we used in the past.
We are currently awaiting their response on pricing, facilities, etc.

    http://www.skydivehouston.com/

Take a look...types of aircraft explained.

This would be a static line jump (first and foremost), with FF opportunities
    for those with experience.

All good, just figured there would be more jumpers. Hopefully the next one will be a mass tac for APO.

Would there be a tandem option for HH6's or myself who haven't a clue?

You can jump solo static line or for those who are not qualified and want to do freefall, tandems are an option. By the way, the gracious owner of Skydive Houston is a member here as well as the J/M who ran our training class (RVN Paratrooper if I recall).

I think how the Fun Jump "grew Wings" (pun intended), started because of my 50th birthday. I was planning on getting myself a birthday present of jumping. I took free fall lessons here in Pa in a place called May Town. While free falling you can see the towers of Three Mile Island. So my 50th was rolling around and I mentioned it here. Next thing I knew is it took off and I was headed for Texas for the jump. And Bell is right, we were the only board members that jumped. You have to remember that it was four years ago and the membership was not as big as it is today. Also I jumped with a bum foot. I pulled on my unpolished jump boots but didn't lace them up. Jack (I think) said I should lace them up before I hurt myself, told him I will in the briefing room. I took off running and stepped into a post hole that was over grown with grass! Fucked up my ankle (I'll post those pics later too). I think Jack laughed himself silly. I laced up my unpolished boots and soldiered on. I made the jump and was planning on going a second time but my ankle was swollen even more and I thought I broke it. Turns out I just turned it really bad, but "hay" I got to board the plane first coming home .

IJ, it's a solo static line jump. If I'm jumpin' with someone strapped on my back she better have some nice big titties! I'll need a place to rest my head
