Homemade goodies are more than welcomed.

Everyone: think of the big block party, minus the comfort of backup AO.

Number one: immediate sheltering needs: tent/RV/trailer/sleeping bag/nearest highway overpass, whatever suits your needs to spend a small portion of the night left after lies-telling and boozing in a company of friends and like-minded MoFos.
Clothing including sun and occasional rain protection.

Number two: food and booze: everything you need times 1.5 minimum. Think of potluck, where nothing will be turned down (spare kimchi). MRE or like, camping style, plus packaged and cooler-bound breakfast components (eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, bagels, milk, etc).
Map the nearest supermarket on your way before the arrival to hit for perishables (above), ice, water, and booze.
There is no such thing as too much water and ice. If you're flying in, styrofoam coolers could be bought for under $3 each at Walmart and likes, and filled with ice on a way to the camp.

Number three: entertainment and joy. This is where dominoes and cornholes, movies, music, etc fits in.

Number four: community share and contribution. What is needed and what can you pitch in with, to make the event more fun and joy.
Picnic tables, lawn chairs, pots and pans, canopies and shades, tarps, etc.

Refer to the S4 list for reference.

    Additional information is coming.

    "The best laid plans...."

Unfortunately, I have to back out of this one this year. Just can't swing the family vaca, sizzler, and the jump. But.... when the 6 starts working next January...

I have it narrowed down to two different locations.

Will be posting final decision with costs, shortly.
T shirt designs are being voted on as we speak, and
will be up for sale very soon.

Problem is...you Texans are falling out faster than ShadowCop
puts on a pair of velcro gloves.
