I would not hesitate to contact Skydive Spaceland too guys. They are a fantastic operation and I know several of the guys there from my association with Airborne Amputees, Limbs of Love, and my jump with world record parachutist, Jay Stokes. They run a first rate operation there!! I have nothing but my highest praise for this organization. At the very least, you could get them involved in a bidding war on a group package for us. Competition is the engine of Capitalism!!!

    Take a knee, Troops!

Based on overwhelming success and continuous exponential growth of the End of the Summer Sizzler event held at the Home of the Airborne and Special Operations State (North Carolina), it is my honor and privilege to share our gained knowledge and great experience of Event's S4.

With selected "what worked" and omitting "what didn't", follow the list below, take a note and sign up.

Things, which you can never have too much of (besides of sex):
beer, weapons, ammo, shades, fans, coolers with ice, and drinking water in the middle of hot and muggy TX Summer.

Sound off your contributions to the great cause in PM to Sizzler-4 S4 NCOIC Sgt.Raven or posting here.

    Brothers and Sisters,

Rolling update on Texas Fun Jump Supplies List.

Drive-in folks: feel free to volunteer and fill the space in your personnel carrier.

Fly-ins: feel free to donate with drop-off shipment to the future FOB TFJ.

TFJ attendees...please sound off either in here, or by pm to
Sgt. Raven, or myself...if you are bringing any supplies.

This will help us keep track of what is needed.

    Brothers and Sisters!

Great questions were asked, so here are few pointers:

What worked at Sizzler was a potluck-style "catering", which I'm pimping right now: bring your own, plus enough to share.

Obviously, common supplies will be necessary, such as camp stoves/griddles, coffee maker, pans and pots, utensils, coolers, ice, etc.
Among the individual supplies I'd recommend 1 case of bottled water per participant, Gatorade, snacks/granola bars/MRE.

One idea was floating around was a waffle/pancake easy mixes (adding water only): could be excellent for breakfasts.

    Current standing:

    Brothers and Sisters,

Rolling update on Texas Fun Jump Supplies List.

Drive-in folks: feel free to volunteer and fill the space in your personnel carrier.
Fly-ins: feel free to donate with drop-off shipment to the future FOB TFJ.
