Everyone acts differently.

I personally find this a GREAT reason to celebrate - the man was responsible for the most vile of acts against thousands of Americans - may he rot in hell. And, yes, it's in God's hands....as a Christian I believe if he accepted Christ as his savior at the last minute he'd still be in heaven with all of us other Christians - is that likely??? NO, not as devout as he was - but, it still a reality. Though I prefer to think of him rotting in hell - it's not up to me.

My nephew's wife died when one of the towers collapsed (can't remember which tower) she was pregnant. My nephew never recovered and in about two years he drank himself to death. 3 family members gone.

I feel happy and proud that our guys killed that murdering scumbucket but, and this is just me, not celebratory. They ain't coming back because he got whacked.

I have to admit it did feel good, seeing it for the second time around, the cheering chanting, flag waving crowds on the boob tube. Knowing the world was watching too was just icing on the cake.

On Blackfive's site a commentor said "they handled bin laden with typical muslim reverance". "does that mean they burned his body and dragged him through the streets while slapping him with shoes?" Or something like that. I thought that was pretty damn funny.

Is it just me ?? or has anyone noticed the news media and WH time line seems to start on 9-11-2001. praising Obama and then denigrating GW Bush for not getting him .
But the seems to be no mention of the American Embassy bombings in East Africa on 7 August 1998.

I've already heard people around me (not the media) saying he's not really dead because they put him in the ocean so fast - not that they don't want him to be, they just think it's all a conspiracy. I said, "really??? And you think that AQ and the rest of his radical followers would let this occur?" unbelievable.

I do want to see the cam video - just of his face right before he was shot. I want to see what expression when he knew our guys had come for him right before they popped him!

MSNBC is making it look like obama planned and participated in the OP.

Condi Rice said on FOX this morning that they had the courier's name in 2007 and the info just happened to pan out now.

As good as the news is, I can't get past the fact that obama is strutting aound taking the credit and the Bush admin's work looks like a feather in the "anchor baby-in-chiefs" cap.

That's a given. Obama started blaming the previous administration in his inaugural speech with President Bush sitting right there in front of him.

Here is something real freaky! Pelosi thanks President Bush I can't stand the sight of her but I gotta give credit where credit is due. I don't know how much MSM coverage that will get.

Shocker. But she had to say "his role was important" - shouldn't she have said "if it hadn't been for Bush and his policies that got the ball rolling on this, we would have never caught him"?? I guess that's too much to ask for.
