I gave mine to mom, along with humanitarian service medal. She has them in a curio with her dad's WW2 medals.

If we're lightfighters, why are the rucks so damn heavy?
I still have mine and I'm waiting for the day I can pin them on my sons.
Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples' liberty's teeth.

Lost mine forever. It does not matter - it's just a thing. It's what remains in the heart that counts - jump wings don't make a paratrooper - that's only partially counter-intuitive! ;-)
"These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives everything its value."
Thomas Paine, volunteer in the Continental Army in his The American Crisis.
Mine are on my dress blues hanging in my closet. I will never wear them again alive. They will be put on my grave though.
Who knows. I believe they're still on my class A's but I haven't seen those things for a few years.
If I remember right, I got blood wings at graduation. That's a story. A bunch of us talked to the Captain and he agreed. He called for us and I was the only one to run to the front screaming airborne!! I think I tossed those. Long time ago.

I gave them to my dad but when he passed, I recovered them. They're in my safe now.

I've always kept mine secured away in a special protective case along with other ribbon awards and badges.
Mine (blood wings on the drop zone-but that's another story I think I've posted elsewhere) are proudly displayed in a ceremonial display case along with other medals, awards, qualification badges etc. No sons or daughters to give them to when I pass on, and no grand nieces or nephews showing any interest in the Military. Will have my wife bury them with me on my dress Greens or Blues.
"Upon the demise of the best Airborne Plan, a terrifying effect occurs on the Battlefield. This effect is known as the 'Rule of LGOPs' .This is, in it's purest form, small groups of pissed-off 19 year old American Paratroopers. They are well trained. They are armed to the teeth and lack serious Adult Supervision. They collectively remember the Commander's intent as ' march to the sound of the guns and kill anyone not dressed like you.' "
My original wings that were pinned on me at graduation are in my safe, along with other very special memories from the past. The pair that I wore on my dress uniform are still on my dress uniform, where they will stay. My originals will go to my son, if they still fit by then I'll be buried in my dress greens or blues.

Mine are lost with all my other Army memorabilia and certificates :(
Ended up finding mine in the last place I looked...![]()
I pinned them on my son at Ft.Benning in November when he graduated BAC. We then replaced them and reboxed the originals for the next paratrooper in the family(his son or daughter, hopefully).
