I have been pushing myself hard and have dropped 40 lbs but, hit a brick wall. I still have 20 lbs to go and cannot seem to get it off. I have been in the gym 6-7 days a week for a long time with the following schedule.

Day 1 - Legs and Cardio for 45min

Day 2 - Abs and Chest then Cardio for 45-60 min.

Day 3 - Legs and Cardio for 45 min

Day 4 - Arms, Shoulders, Back an Cardio for 45-60 min

Day 5 - Legs and Cardio for 45 min

Day 6 - Cardio for min of 60 min

Day 7 - Light cardio for 30-45 min or rest depending on how I feel.

My calorie intake stays very regular at 1600 - 2000 a day spread out over the whole day.

For cardio I alternate between Elliptical, Bike, and recently swimming.

I have hit a stalemate and am looking for ideas on what to do next to continue.
