    Over 1300 of the 1800 were able to jump before the ceiling dropped and the AMC ceased all operations. Unfortunately we were unable to move the remaining chalks to tomorrow due to more bad weather with low ceiling in the forecast and Corps being unwilling to get more chutes wet. It was still the most dropped on the big day at Toy Drop........ Will start jumping again on Monday to start SOF week.

    Some pics would be nice. So it rained this year too? It rained bad last year on Saturday and we jumped Sunday. Did any site members run into each other out there?

    Saw it on Fox and Friends Saturday. They had a Sgt. (who received 2 Purple Hearts) and a Gen.(who I believe) commands the 82nd. Great interview- showed a HALO drop and than jumpers in the background as they spoke.
    Great idea and great PR for the Airborne.

    Forgot to mention the fox interview..... it was good publicity but Fox got their info all jacked. The SSG is the PJ for the ABN operation and the 2 Star is the guy with the two Purple Hearts. He's the CG for USACAPOC(A).

    I was told the manifest would go back to the POC's once they all get signed by the JM's. She said it would take about 2 weeks to get them out. Hopefully I get a copy from the Div Air since they are the ones who got me the hard slot.

    Another chance at the Thai wings on Fri for me. Rolled the dice and got another slot with my unit. Hopefully the weather holds up. Earle
