    Coffee. Black Coffee. Yummmmmm...

I love it with a hefty shot of Booze of (almost) every sort, but I confess I never tried it with the clear varity (vodka or gin - not that there's anything wrong with vodka or gin, mind you). And now that I think of it, I don't recall ever trying it with Scotch.

Of course, if I had Scotch around, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been mixing it with anything. Except maybe (and rarely) milk.

Irish, on the other hand, is a gimme for mixing with coffee. Likewise, brandy and bourbon. Rum's not a bad mix with coffee either.

But these days, I drink water, coffee and skim milk (separately, not mixed.)

It's all good, my brothers. And right now, that coffee is GREAT!

    Saison-
There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment. How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork. It was even conceivable that they watched everybody all the time. But at any rate they could plug in your wire whenever they wanted to. You had to live -- did live, from habit that became instinct -- in the assumption that every sound you made was overheard, and, except in darkness, every movement scrutinized. E. A. Blair

Are you a bartender? Own a bar? Need some help with that Pappy's?

    It's Maker's for me tonight.

I own Micky's Bistro in Huntersville. I've got a glass with your name on it.
