    Default Second attempt at a first introduction

    Hello to all of you. My name is Steve and I was a "dirt dart" back in the early '80s. Pushing 50 y/o now, and the joints are stiff, but what I wouldn't give to put my "knees in the breeze" just one more time.
    I am so happy to have found this site. I still a bit new to the 'net so I found this almost by accident. I was looking up the "Rule of LGOP's" and this site came up along with a few others. Most notable among the other sites was a 2007 interview on "Cop The Truth" with LTC K. M. Nightingale. The good Colonel was my BC in the 2/505 back in the day. As I read the interview, I saw that the man was still sharp as a razor. I'll just leave the address for any who want to read the interview:

    COL Nightingale....is that the Ret. COL that does all of the Staff Rides over in Normandy for the Airdrop Warrior missions each year. If so.....he is shit-hot.
