If iran does launch said missile I envision the same response from the current administration that we gave NK; which was to do nothing when those little fuckers launched some missiles last year. So sad when the ghosts of Jimmy Carter past are running the White House and the country in to the ground; by doing nothing with concern to iran and it's allies in NK.

Lets not forget that the current political regime in Iran is under intense pressure from its populace. 2/3rds of the Iranians are under the age of 30 coupled with they use modern technology such as facebook, twitter, and myspace several times daily. Most have cell phones as witnessed during the riots they just went through. Most are railing against the hard line clerics and dont want to live in a theocracy anymore....a more moderate stance is whats being sought by the masses. Amawhackjob and the mullahs know that they are to restrain the rioters with as much for them to maintain their power, all the while trying not to fuel an overthrow.

If it is a nuclear detonation the masses would realize they will have lit the fire of the west and could face massive retaliation (Isreal). It also serves to show the people his sabre rattling and the use of his police force and military to quell any violence. Lets not forget that Amawhackjob also is seeking the return of the 12th Imam which is basically in biblical terms Armageddon. If memory serves with the return of the 12th Imam the world will be converted completely to Islam or destroyed in the process.

Its a sad state to say that Isreal will more than likely be the only one with the sack to do anything about it just like they did in Iraq back in the 80s bombing that nuclear site. The current administration will drag its feet with a response and if the past is any indicator of the present the Isrealis will be vilified by the current administration. Only time will tell.
