    Personally, I think that there should be a constitutional amendment that allows flying of the American flag to be unhindered in any way, unless it poses a safety risk or isn't in accordance with the Flag Code.

    I know that probably opens a loophole that could be abused...but the flag is the symbol of our nation and no one should be kept from proudly displaying it as long as it's done safely and respectfully.
