I have the "combat cut" it gives you a little less obstruction between the pistol grip and the holster.

With the combat cut, a portion of the leather backing is trimmed away to allow your thumb more grasping room when drawing the pistol. The amount and shape of the leather trimmed away is matched to the type of pistol you plan to carry in the holster. It's a couple extra bucks, but plenty of people say it's worth it.

As for the shirt-tucking, the belt clips are designed to leave plenty of room for tucking your shirt between the holster and your pants. I'm skinny and packing a G30 (.45) so there's still a noticeable bulge, but the gun is completely covered.

I've heard lots of good things about these, I'm gonna have to snatch one up for summer carrying my Dan Wesson.

Well, it arrived today. Of course I had to go strap it on and see how it felt. Well, let me first tell you that I got the Supertuck IWB holster to fit my full size Springfeld 1911 Operator (a pretty big and relatively heavy weapon). Now let me tell you that this holster is pretty bad ass. Fuckin' awesome, actually. I will have to wear it "out and about" before I give it my final stamp of approval, but if around the house is any indication, I will be recommending this holster to everybody.

I got the horsehide because here in Texas it's HOT and HUMID. I also went with the combat cut. I don't know how much difference there would be without it but it definitely is still comfortable.

It definitely gets hot here in western Nebraska but not to humid. But with it next to my fat love handles then the horse hide it will be.
