The leather will be stiff so give it a week. And if the retention isn't too your liking, they include instructions on how to re-mold the kydex triggerwell portion with a hairdryer and a wet cloth. This ended up working perfectly for me.

I got a belt from the guy a few weeks ago after I redesigned his catalog. This thing is a serious hunk of cowflesh but seems to be breaking in nicely.

I got my SuperTuck about 10-12 days after ordering, so you might not have to wait that long.

    Thanks Brian

I want to get a new 5.11 tactical belt anyway so we'll see how it goes and I'll update when it comes in.

Well the Crossbreed came in today and it wasn't 3 weeks I am very surprised that it came in today (10 days from the day I ordered it).

All I can say is "WOW" this is the most comfortable IWB holster I have ever put on. I went with the Super Tuck Deluxe in horsehide, combat cut and I ordered the extra J-clips just in case I needed to change them.

Leather is softer than I expected and it holds my XD very comfortable I can adjust the cant of the pistol if I want but I'm going to try it out for a week or so and see how the leather wears. I'll post some pics in a bit.

They offer metal clips now, which I may end up getting. For some reason I keep stressing the kydex ones to the breaking point. You might want to look into a set of those if you don't already have them.

SuperTuck is the shit, bro. You won't be sorry.

I sent an email to the Owner of Crossbreed

    Mark,

I have been a concealed carry permit holder in Georgia for a little over 13 years now. I have not been a huge fan of IWB holsters, and for the past few years I have carried a fobus paddle and some other cheaper holsters but haven’t really ever found something I liked enough to carry IWB.

A few weeks ago on our forum (I am one of the Admins) www.Armyparatrooper.org one of our Members xxxxx(xxxxxxx) commented on purchasing a Crossbreed holster. I purchased the Super tuck Deluxe based off the recommendation of my friend Brian and I cannot say enough great things about your product. It got here today and I have been wearing it around the house today and it’s as comfortable as a holster can be out of the box. I will recommend your product to anyone that will listen or is in need of advice about a great IWB holster.

Our site is about Paratroopers and for Paratroopers we are a little rough around the edges and can be abrasive to newcomers so if you’d like to join us please do, we will give you an honest opinion about your product.

You can check out what we think about your product here in this Armory Thread I have even posted a few pics of my holster and my Springfield XD.

    Well done!

I've seen the owner (Mark) on a couple of gun forums. He's a pretty good guy.

Been wearing the crossbreed all day today, and most of the day yesterday it has become very comfortable to say the least. I think this is the most comfortable IWB holster I have ever worn. Once the leather breaks in a little it should be perfect.

I would recommend this product to anyone that needs a great IWB holster.

    Update:

After several weeks of almost daily wear I have to be perfectly honest this is the BEST IWB Holster I have ever worn. It gets more and more comfortable the more you wear it. The only thing I have done to it is used some saddle soap on it to keep the leather from "creaking" other than that I've done nothing else too it and it's an excellent holster. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a IWB holster.

I currently have a Galco "Summer Comfort" IWB holster for my S&W M&P .40c. I like it, but it ain't perfect. I've heard of Crossbreed, but haven't yet pulled the trigger, so to speak.

I wasn't aware you could tuck a shirt with it. They should market the hell out of that feature! Between all the glowing reviews I read just about everywhere and that...I may just have to indulge.

What's the difference between the standard and combat cuts, other than the size of the leather? Anything?
