anyone using this? Anyone switch to it from traditional AT&T service?

I use AT&T for home phone and Internet and looking at some of their deals it seems cheaper, my concern is losing my email addresses that I currently use with AT&T and also since my home has a "custom" wiring job and I am leaving is my wife going to be left with the nightmare of getting it to work.

Please share any installation experiences you all may have had..
