These fucking people are crazy. Last week I ordered a Springfield XD. The guy told me it would be in on Tuesday, he would put the nightsights in on Wednesday and call me.

Tuesday I called to see if it was in and if they had another that I was going to get for my dad. No answer, no call back.

Wednesday I just called to see if it were ready. No answer, no call back.

Thursday I was kind of pissed, but left a professional message asking to please call back and that I had been trying for 3 days now.

This morning I got a call from the owner. He was pissed at ME! Said I was giving an attitude on the phone. That motherfucker wouldnt sell me the gun!!!

His wife is just as psycho. I tried to reason with her but she thought I insulted somehow.

Fucking weirdos. Avoid them.

Tell that turd that the customer is always right and he should have returned you phone calls. Did you give him a deposit for the gun?? If so have him return it post haste.

Just got back from getting my deposit back from Douchebag and ordering it from a store I should have bought from in the first place. Ill have it Monday, but Ill have to get someone to knock the nightsights in for me.

Douchebag couldn't figure out how to refund my bank card because his woman wasn't there so he had to give me cash. Tossed it on the counter in front of me. I didnt say a word the whole time except "whatever" when he asked me if cash was ok.

The thing that pisses me off most is that I drove across town to buy from them because I liked that it was a family running the place. My friend bought an XD from them last week (they had it in stock). I was planning on buying one for me, one for my dad, and they had a Remington 700P that I was eying. Instead, I wont buy anything from them, nor will any of my friends or relatives or anyone that will listen.


This store is also known as AK-47man on line and at Denver gun shows.

Secondly, talk it over face to face with who? He HUNG UP ON ME. Then I went in to his store to get my deposit back. He didn't say shit to me. He just threw my money on the counter. He didn't want to talk about it. He didn't want my business. He was still pissed at me that I had the balls to expect them to return phone calls.

He forgot that I told him I wanted him to install the night sights I had him order. He forgot to give me his cell phone number which I apparently was supposed to use. He forgot that he said he would call me when it was in. Then he jumps in the middle of my shit when I call the only number I have and leave 3 messages because I haven't heard back. He was so pissed that he refused to sell me the gun that he ordered special for me...

That passes for good customer service? I drove across town just to buy from them because I had met them both a few times and they were very nice. I liked that it is a family run business. . This was like a slap in the face for me.
