It has the last 12 years. But we have a new Chief from out of state and he is tired of fuckers coming off life support to take the test and then go back on until time to be promoted.
Some news came to me today that broaden my horizon and promotional aspect greatly. I will keep you all informed. AIRBORNE

Well, give 'em hell, Ferret, but dont use the MP5. Matter of fact, just let me hold onto it a while, until this blows over!

^That is a great suggestion, our weather patterns allow the instrument to be used as intended many more days annually than in your clime, preventing any periods of storage that would promote rust. I suggest you ship it immediately.

Well the results came out. I am 9th for M/CPl and 10 for SGT. Not really impressed with my performance as I was informed that I was too aggressive in the interview. Not following that but I hvea the interveiw with the chief to go over my weak points. So in the short I have 2 years to prep for the next text and improve on my weak spots. Thanks to all for the words of support.

They told me that on my police entry interview. I narrowly got in by 1 vote. They said I was "too cocky and somewhat aggressive".
Fuckers, I killed people for a living and was in top notch shape and feared no man. I think they wanted a submissive college type kid applicant.

You are most likely one of those "go-getters", one who puts shit heads in jail and likes to do good work. The ones that do great on their interviews and evals are the "company men". They tow the company line and lie through their lazy, shit filled pieholes.

The guy that wants to get business done is scary for the admin types, they usually like the "retired on duty" guys like you described.
Guys that have been hidden in a cubicle or closet somewhere and studied for their test 24/7 for a year while you were out on the streets busting heads tend to do well on promotion exams/interviews.

Keep at it my brother and do not compromise your ethics and and integrity.
That being said, there is nothing wrong with bullshitting them in the interview and telling them exactly what they want to hear.

I think Ron white said this:

    You cant train stupid!

Seriously Ferret, next time, just walk right in and kick 'em in the balls, or cunt punt, whatever, everyone into submission. Thats got to work for something. It may be jail time for assault, but at least you will stand out!

1 Boot to Ballsack, 1 each.

If that does not work then pretend you agree with all of the stupid department policies and you cannot wait to follow the policies to the letter!
