    Default CrossFit...

    Who does it???

    Wondering if all you do is the daily exercises or have a routine... there's a couple clubs around here in Ft. Worth but I can't make it there due to the commute...

    I'm thinking of adding the daily exercise to my gym routine...

    Just wondering...

    I use a fitness center exclusively - 5 days a week. It's quite close to my home and very reasonable. I have tried doing excercises on my own, but never stayed with it for very long.
