Ok, I'm going to need some help on this one. Bre-cons, you requested verification in the Special Forces group, however your intro is posted in the Non-Paratrooper intro section and I haven't seen anything that shows anything SF. What am I missing?

Cal do yourself a favour put it on the back burner for the time being its going no where. What you recieved today was proof i was no poser/walt as certain members claim i am. I'm happy just to be part of the forum and have a good time, along with the banter that goes along with each post.
Every thing i put on my intro was the truth. As i am a newbie i got mixed up where to place my intro. "EndGame" Cya M8

Hi Bre-cons, I'm up north of Inverness. I was in Hong Kong for 7 years back in the early 70s, went to school there. Knew the place really well after 7 years. Still miss the beaches.
I was too young to know the difference yet![]()
Cal im with you.
Every time I hear some gorgeous chick with a british accent it gives me a stiffie.
Help on its way Cal. The SASR is the Australian SAS, by the way.
Cal definitely needs help. boy hooowwwdy.
From the Royal Green Jackets web site:My units were Royal Green Jackets for 4 years 1963/67
http://www.army.mod.uk/royalgreenjac...f_history.html
On 1st January 1966 The Royal Green Jackets was formed as a single Large Regiment. Its creation followed logically from the composition of The Green Jackets Brigade in 1958, which grouped together three single-battalion infantry regiments: The Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry (43rd & 52nd), The Kings Royal Rifle Corps and The Rifle Brigade.
The Royal Green Jackets didn't exist when you claim to have served with them, and SAS TA blokes refer to themselves as either 21 or 23, depending on which unit they served with, not SASR which is the Australian SAS and I've spoken to someone who served in the Royal Green Jackets and he doesn't recall ever meeting any Scotsmen serving with them as they didn't actively recruit in Scotland.
You still have the benefit of the doubt so can you help the guys here out by answering these questions?
Regards
