Thought I had sent info- thought I got the okay. Still shows I can't access site "got silk". What do I do?

I know there's already a thread on this, but I'd like to get verified. I sent all appropriate paperwork to the e-mail address provided, but can't access anything. It's been at least a day, but I'm not sure how fast everything works around here.

I can upload, delete, change captions or album covers but I cannot find a way to arrange the pictures the way I want them in order to have it make sense????

I can find my photos when I click my profile....but where do I click to get everybody else's photos?

The posts on the threads often seem to overlap each other or leave large spaces between the posts. Is this a setting I can control or is this something everyone else is seeing too?

I keep getting knocked off the site and when I try to log back it does'nt recognize my user name or password.Have to enter it two or three times.

seems when you go to look at a profile even your own it says there is a data base error.
